PeptRally does not employ, supervise, direct, or control any listed provider's clinical decisions, prescribing practices, patient interactions, compound sourcing, pharmacy relationships, or any other aspect of the practice of medicine.

All clinical relationships, treatment decisions, and prescribing authority rest exclusively with the independent licensed healthcare provider you select. PeptRally's role is limited to facilitating the discovery of and connection to those providers.

Any clinical relationship you establish is exclusively between you and your selected independent licensed healthcare provider, governed by that provider's own policies and applicable law — not by PeptRally.

4. No prescriptions

PeptRally does not issue, fulfill, or facilitate prescriptions. PeptRally does not sell, dispense, ship, or provide peptide compounds or any other medications or supplements directly to consumers. All prescriptions, if any, are issued exclusively by independent licensed healthcare providers in the course of a clinical relationship. PeptRally does not have a pharmacy license, does not operate as a pharmacy, and is not affiliated with any compounding pharmacy. Compound sourcing, pharmaceutical standards, and medication fulfillment are the exclusive responsibility of the independent provider and their pharmacy partners.

May not include shipping, handling, or other fees charged by providers
Do not include prescription consultation fees unless explicitly stated
Are subject to change at any time without notice
May not reflect promotional pricing, membership discounts, or insurance coverage
Are collected at standard starting doses and may not reflect your individual dosing protocol

PeptRally does not guarantee that any provider will honor a displayed price or rate certificate. Always confirm current pricing directly with your selected provider before beginning any protocol.

Savings comparisons are calculated by comparing verified provider starting rates against publicly available mainstream telehealth platform pricing at standard starting doses. Actual savings will vary. Savings claims do not constitute a financial guarantee of any kind. Rate certificates issued by PeptRally are informational documents valid for 30 days from issuance and do not constitute a binding contract.

7. Provider disclaimer

Providers listed on PeptRally are independent licensed healthcare professionals operating their own independent practices. PeptRally does not employ any listed provider and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, or conduct, including but not limited to:

Clinical negligence, malpractice, or errors in clinical judgment
Billing errors, pricing discrepancies, or failure to honor displayed rates
Failure to respond to leads, consultations, or patient inquiries
Compound sourcing, pharmacy selection, or medication quality
Patient outcomes, adverse events, or side effects
Accuracy of credentials, self-reported information, or licensing claims

PeptRally takes reasonable steps to verify that listed providers hold active state licenses at the time of listing. However, PeptRally does not continuously monitor providers for license status changes or disciplinary actions. The PeptRally Verified badge indicates steps taken to confirm state licensure at the time of verification — it does not constitute an endorsement of clinical quality.

You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging any healthcare provider, including verifying current licensure through your state medical board or other appropriate regulatory body.

8. HIPAA notice

PeptRally is not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate as defined under HIPAA. PeptRally does not collect, store, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. Information collected through PeptRally's intake process — including your name, email address, phone number, state of residence, and stated compound interests — does not constitute PHI in the context in which we collect it.

Your health interest data — including stated wellness goals and compound interests — is used internally for provider matching purposes only. This data is never shared with your matched provider, any other provider, or any third party. All clinical health information shared between you and your selected provider is governed exclusively by that provider's own HIPAA-compliant privacy practices.

For questions about your health data as it relates to your provider, you must contact your provider directly. PeptRally cannot access, modify, or control PHI held by any provider.

9. Compounded medication disclaimer

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products. Compounded medications have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. The FDA does not verify the identity, purity, potency, or safety of compounded medications.

Providers in the PeptRally network who prescribe compounded peptides source those compounds through US-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies operating under state pharmacy board oversight. However, PeptRally does not verify the quality, purity, potency, or safety of any specific compound or formulation prepared by any compounding pharmacy. Compounded medications:

Are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies for specific patients under a prescription from a licensed provider
Are not mass-produced or FDA-approved as finished drug products
May differ in safety, effectiveness, and quality from FDA-approved products
Are subject to the prescribing provider's clinical judgment and the compounding pharmacy's standards

The decision to use any compounded medication is a clinical decision that must be made between you and your licensed healthcare provider. PeptRally has no role in this clinical decision and expressly disclaims any responsibility for outcomes associated with the use of any compounded medication.

10. Regulatory status of compounds

PeptRally maintains a regulatory status field for each compound in its catalog and makes reasonable efforts to reflect current regulatory status. 11. No guarantee of outcomes

PeptRally makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the clinical effectiveness, safety, appropriateness, or suitability of any peptide compound or wellness protocol for any individual user. Individual results vary significantly based on individual health status, dosing protocols, compound quality, adherence, biological response, concurrent medications, and lifestyle factors.

12. Emergency situations

PeptRally's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) or the total amount actually paid by you to PeptRally, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PeptRally, Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from or related to: your use of PeptRally; your violation of this Disclaimer or our Terms of Use; your violation of any applicable law or regulation; any false or inaccurate information you provide through our platform; or any clinical or health decision you make in reliance on content found on PeptRally.
