The following Terms of Use (these "Terms" or this "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PeptRally, Inc. ("PeptRally," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of peptrally.com and all related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the Effective Date above and, where appropriate, by notice on the Services. Your continued use of the Services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Nature of the platform
PeptRally is a marketing and lead generation platform that connects consumers with independent licensed healthcare providers. PeptRally is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, clinic, pharmacy, referral service, or any other type of healthcare organization. PeptRally does not employ, supervise, direct, or control any listed provider's clinical decisions, prescribing practices, patient interactions, compound sourcing, pharmacy relationships, or any other aspect of the practice of medicine.
All clinical relationships are exclusively between you and your selected independent licensed healthcare provider. Your use of PeptRally does not create any patient-provider relationship, fiduciary relationship, or special relationship of any kind with PeptRally. PeptRally has no special duty to you arising from your use of the Services.

Nothing on PeptRally constitutes the practice of medicine, nursing, pharmacy, or any other licensed healthcare profession. PeptRally is not engaged in the practice of medicine or any other healthcare profession, and nothing communicated to you through the Services should be construed as such.
4. About the Services
PeptRally grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. The Services currently include:
- A pricing comparison platform displaying verified starting rates for peptide compounds from independent licensed healthcare providers and publicly available competitor pricing
- An intake matching flow that connects consumers with providers based on stated compound interests, location, and provider availability
- Informational rate certificates reflecting a provider's stated starting rate at the time of data collection
- Informational compound descriptions and category content
We are constantly improving the Services and reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Services at any time without notice or liability to you.
5. Provider independence and relationships
Provider independence
Providers listed on PeptRally are independent licensed healthcare professionals operating their own independent practices. PeptRally does not employ any listed provider and is not responsible for their acts or omissions, including but not limited to:
- Clinical negligence, malpractice, or errors in clinical judgment
- Billing errors, pricing discrepancies, or failure to honor displayed rates
- Failure to respond to leads or scheduled consultations
- Compound sourcing practices or pharmacy selection
- Patient outcomes or adverse events
- Any other conduct in the course of their independent practice
If you have a dispute with a provider regarding clinical care, billing, services rendered, or any other matter, you must resolve that dispute directly with the provider. PeptRally is not a party to any clinical, contractual, or financial relationship between you and your selected provider.
Commercial relationships
Providers listed on PeptRally have entered into or will enter into commercial agreements with PeptRally and may pay fees for leads delivered through our platform. This commercial relationship does not constitute an endorsement, referral, recommendation, or certification of any provider's clinical quality, competence, or suitability for your individual needs.
6. Pricing, rate certificates, and savings claims
Pricing information
Pricing information displayed on PeptRally represents starting rates collected from providers through direct outreach and from publicly available sources. All prices are subject to change without notice and may vary based on your individual clinical evaluation, dosing protocol, provider assessment, compound formulation, and other clinical or operational factors. PeptRally does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing information.
Any pricing described on PeptRally as monthly, per month, or similar periodic language reflects the provider's quoted starting period rate, estimated monthly equivalent, or other pricing snapshot at the time of collection only, and does not represent or guarantee the rate a provider may charge in future months, renewal periods, refill cycles, maintenance dosing, or any later stage of your relationship with that provider. PeptRally is not a party to, and is not responsible for, any future pricing, billing, renewal, dosage, membership, or other commercial terms established between you and a provider after introduction.
For competitor and mainstream telehealth comparisons, PeptRally aims to use the steady-state subscription price publicly listed at the time of analysis for a standard starting protocol and excludes limited-time promotions, introductory discounts, coupon pricing, and other temporary offers where reasonably identifiable. Because competitor pricing structures, bundles, renewal terms, subscription conditions, consult fees, and promotional mechanics change frequently and may not always be fully disclosed, comparison figures are estimates for informational purposes only and may not reflect the exact price available to every consumer at any given time.
Rate certificates
Rate certificates issued by PeptRally are informational documents reflecting a provider's stated starting rate at the time of data collection. Rate certificates:
- Are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance
- Do not constitute a binding contract between you and any provider
- Do not constitute a binding contract between you and PeptRally
- Do not guarantee that any provider will honor a displayed or certified rate
- Are subject to provider clinical evaluation and may be adjusted based on your individual health profile
Savings claims
Savings percentages and dollar amounts displayed on PeptRally are calculated by comparing verified provider starting rates against publicly available mainstream telehealth platform pricing at standard starting doses. Unless expressly stated otherwise, PeptRally bases those competitor comparisons on the non-promotional steady-state subscription rate identified at the time of analysis rather than teaser, introductory, or other temporary promotional pricing. Savings calculations assume standard dosing protocols and may not reflect your individual protocol. Actual savings will vary. Savings claims are not guaranteed and do not constitute a promise of any specific financial outcome.
7. Lead delivery and provider matching
Consent to lead delivery
By completing the PeptRally intake process and submitting your information, you expressly consent to your contact information being shared with your selected licensed healthcare provider for the purpose of scheduling a consultation. The information shared with your selected provider includes your name, email address, phone number, state of residence, compound(s) of interest, and displayed starting rate and rate code.
Your health interest data, including your stated goals and any other preference information collected during the intake process, is used internally for matching purposes only and is never shared with any third party.
Matching
PeptRally's matching algorithm considers multiple factors, including provider availability, geographic licensing, compound offerings, pricing, verification status, and response rate performance. Matching results are informational and do not constitute a referral, recommendation, or endorsement of any provider. PeptRally is not responsible for provider response times, failure to respond to leads, unavailability, or the outcome of any consultation initiated through the Services.
8. Verification standards
PeptRally takes reasonable steps to verify that listed providers hold active licenses required to practice medicine or prescribe in their stated jurisdictions at the time of listing. However, PeptRally does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any provider's credentials, does not verify clinical outcomes or quality of care, and does not continuously monitor providers for license status changes or disciplinary actions.
When PeptRally states that a listed provider uses a 503A compounding pharmacy or similar sourcing standard, that statement reflects information provided or confirmed by the provider at the time PeptRally collected or last verified the relevant pricing or practice data. Providers remain solely responsible for their own pharmacy relationships, sourcing decisions, and any changes to those relationships after PeptRally's data collection or verification. PeptRally does not guarantee that any provider's pharmacy sourcing, compounding partner, or fulfillment practices remain unchanged after the date of collection, and PeptRally shall not be liable for any discrepancy between information displayed on the Services and a provider's later statements, practices, or sourcing decisions.
Provider ratings and review counts displayed on PeptRally are collected from publicly available third-party sources, including Google, and are refreshed on an approximately monthly basis as part of our regular site data update process. Because third-party review platforms may change at any time, PeptRally does not guarantee that any displayed rating, review count, or underlying review content is current, complete, or error-free at the moment you view it.
The PeptRally Verified badge, where displayed, indicates that PeptRally has taken steps to confirm state licensure and basic practice information at the time of verification. It does not constitute an endorsement of clinical quality or a guarantee of any standard of care.
You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging any healthcare provider, including verifying current licensure through your state medical board or other appropriate regulatory body.
9. User representations and responsibilities
Representations
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, are a resident of the United States, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all use of the Services, all healthcare expenses incurred with providers you find through the Services, verifying that any provider you engage is appropriate for your specific healthcare needs, and resolving any disputes regarding clinical care or billing directly with your provider. You may only use the Services for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
10. Prohibited activities
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Submitting false, inaccurate, or misleading information during the intake process
- Scraping, harvesting, or systematically extracting provider pricing data or any other data from PeptRally without express prior written permission
- Impersonating a healthcare provider, PeptRally employee, or any other person or entity
- Using PeptRally rate certificates to misrepresent pricing commitments or using expired rate certificates
- Using bots, scrapers, or automated systems to access, query, or extract data from PeptRally without express prior written permission
- Creating multiple intake submissions with false or fabricated information to manipulate matching results
- Using the Services for any commercial purpose, including reselling access to provider information or pricing data
- Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security-related features of the Services
- Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful material
11. Dispute resolution and binding arbitration
11.1 Informal dispute resolution
Before initiating any arbitration proceeding, you and PeptRally agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally for a period of 30 days from receipt of a completed Pre-Arbitration Notice. Pre-Arbitration Notices to PeptRally must be sent to: legal@peptrally.com.
11.2 Binding arbitration
If informal dispute resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be finally resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) pursuant to its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in New Castle County, Delaware under Delaware law consistent with the Federal Arbitration Act.
11.3 Class action waiver
All disputes must be arbitrated or litigated on an individual basis. You and PeptRally each waive the right to bring or participate in any purported class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
11.4 Exceptions
Either party may seek court relief for: (a) claims to enforce or protect intellectual property rights; (b) claims related to theft, piracy, or invasion of privacy; (c) claims for injunctive relief; and (d) any claim properly filed in small claims court.
11.5 Opt-out
You may opt out of this Arbitration Agreement by sending written notice to legal@peptrally.com within 30 days of your first use of the Services.
11.6 Limitation of claims
Any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arose.
12. Intellectual property
All content on PeptRally — including provider pricing data, compound descriptions, pricing comparison methodology, rate certificates, matching algorithms, platform design, logos, text, graphics, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of PeptRally, Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view Content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Content, or use Content to train any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, without express prior written permission.
13. Competitor pricing information
PeptRally displays pricing information from mainstream telehealth platforms for comparison and transparency purposes. This competitor pricing is collected from publicly available sources and is provided for informational purposes only. PeptRally makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate competitor pricing data but does not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
Competitor names, trademarks, and logos referenced on PeptRally are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on PeptRally does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those companies.
14. Affiliate and referral program
PeptRally operates an affiliate and influencer referral program through which third parties may receive compensation for referring users to the Services. Affiliate partners do not receive any user personal information as part of this arrangement. All affiliate and influencer partners are contractually required to disclose their material connection to PeptRally in compliance with FTC endorsement and testimonial guidelines.
15. Industry-specific compliance
HIPAA notice
PeptRally is not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate as defined under HIPAA. PeptRally does not collect, store, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. All clinical health information shared between you and your selected provider is governed exclusively by that provider's own HIPAA-compliant privacy practices.
FTC compliance
PeptRally's pricing claims and advertising practices are designed to comply with Federal Trade Commission guidelines. All savings comparisons are based on verified pricing data collected from providers and publicly available sources. All affiliate and influencer partners promoting PeptRally are required to comply with FTC endorsement guidelines.
TCPA compliance
SMS messages are sent only to users who have provided express written consent during the intake process. Users may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message received from PeptRally. Message and data rates may apply.
16. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PeptRally disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. PeptRally does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any pricing information is accurate or complete, or that any provider will respond to a lead or honor a displayed rate.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PeptRally shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. PeptRally's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims shall not exceed the greater of: (i) one hundred dollars ($100.00) or (ii) the total amount actually paid by you to PeptRally in the six months preceding the claim.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PeptRally, Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, partners, affiliates, and successors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to: your use of the Services; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or any information you submit through the Services that is false, inaccurate, or misleading.
19. Term and termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. PeptRally reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice or liability, to suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Services immediately ceases. Sections 1, 2, 3, 11, 12, 16, 17, 18, 20, and 21 survive termination.
20. Modifications and interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services or any feature thereof at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
21. Governing law and venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent the Federal Arbitration Act applies to Section 11. For any disputes that proceed to court, the parties irrevocably consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
22. Corrections
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time without prior notice.
23. Electronic communications and signatures
Visiting the Services, completing the intake form, and submitting information through the Services constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications from PeptRally, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages during the intake process, you expressly agree that PeptRally may contact you by SMS for transactional and operational purposes. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message received from PeptRally.
24. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with PeptRally's Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PeptRally regarding your use of the Services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. PeptRally may assign these Terms at any time in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our express prior written consent.
